Kettler Rowing Machines – Discount Rowing Machine

July 18th, 2009 admin No comments

Last post I spoke about some of the options that are available when searching out a discount rowing machine. If you haven’t had a chance to read that article yet, I can summarize it for you. Basically, the article discussed where you can find Kettler exercise equipment at a discount. A couple of the primary places that I mentioned were eBay and Amazon. Both of these mega online super-stores have access to just about anything you want, including Kettler exercise equipment of all shapes and sizes.

Indoor rowing machines are nice, because they afford you the opportunity to control the environment you are working out in. Regardless of whether you go to a gym, or work out at home, being able to work out indoors has some big benefits…like climate control. While most rowers love the feel of being outside on the water, it is easy to lose your enthusiasm if it is 15 degrees outside and raining. By finding one of these indoor rowing machines that fits your space, you don’t have to worry about ever missing a workout due to inclement weather.

One of the other super nice things about being able to workout inside is that you can have music to inspire you. I don’t know about you, but I have to have something on the radio or streaming through my Mp3 player when I am working out…it motivates me. This is why it is incredibly beneficial to be able to find workout equipment that will fit your workout style, environment, and regimen.  The bottom line however is that you must find workout equipment (any equipment) that will help increase the level of your daily activities.  This type of vigorous exercise is necessary to help ensure the continued health of your body.  If you are male, these types of activities when coupled with supplements like a super prostate formula can certainly increase your energy levels.

There are some great Kettler rowing machines out there, like the Kettler Kadett, the Kettler Concept 2, and the Kettler Coach. One of them is sure to fit your unique workout needs. Spend some time online and price out what you need. You may find that you can pick up one of these units at a discount rowing machine site and not have to pay a fortune (yes, they are pretty expensive new). Again, I have found that Amazon has some great items at very reasonable prices. Check them out.

Good luck!

Kettler Kadett Rower – Kettler Ergo Coach Rower

June 25th, 2009 admin No comments

There are times when I am working out where I feel like I would like to have a nice, smaller piece of equipment that I could get a solid cardio-vascular workout, and muscle building session in all at the same time. I am sure that most of you are in the same boat I am when it comes to finding time for a workout routine. I have an excellent treadmill, and a great Total Gym, but I have to find the time to set them up, use them, and then put them away again. The difficulty with doing this is only compounded by my already tight schedule. Plus, to get the aerobic exercise I need to jump on the treadmill, and then I have to turn around and get on the total gym to get my workout.

The Kettler Ergo Coach Rower appeals to me for that reason. While the Ergo Coach is not built in the same manner that the Kettler Kadett Rower is, it does have its own unique set of advantages. The one that comes immediately to mind is that it comes with its own little personal trainer of sorts. The LCD console comes pre-programmed with various routines so that you can work through different levels of difficulty, all the while getting that workout in. Like any other Kettler Rower, you may pay a little more for the Ergo rower, but rowing exercise equipment is no different than anything else you buy. You typically get what you pay for. Depending on where you shop online, I found the cost of the Kettler Ergo Coach to run right around $1,400 (US). One thing that I left out is that this piece of rowing exercise equipment uses a magnetic system for the resistance, as opposed to the outrigger style system that the Kettler Kadett Rower uses. Of the ten reviews I found on line, nine of the customers loved the Ergo rower. I only found one person unhappy with it, and it appears they were not dissatisfied with the performance of the Kettler rower, but instead they were not happy that it was not built similar in style to the Kadett rower.

If you make the decision to go out and purchase one of these Kettler Ergo Coach Rowers, please come back and tell us what you think about it.

Cheers,

Kettler Kadett Rower
