Kettler Kadett Rowing Machines – Discount Rowing Machines

July 12th, 2009 admin No comments

If you have spent any time looking around the pages of this blog, you will notice that I am a big proponent of rowing machines, and the workout they can offer you. In several of the other articles I have highlighted the advantages to using rowing machines in a daily workout routine…especially if you have limited space in your workout area and need a compact rowing machine. One of the biggest challenges people have when it comes the using a rowing machine is the cost associated with purchasing one. They are not cheap. This is especially true if you go for a top of the line model like the Kettler Kadett Rowing Machine…pretty pricey.

Not to worry, there are inexpensive alternatives to buying an exercise equipment rowing machine that will not cause you to go broke. I would recommend looking at discount rowing machines. I know what you are thinking…you get what you pay for. Most of the time that adage is true, but there is a way to get a hold of a discount rowing machine that will still provide you with a reliable piece of Kettler exercise equipment ( if Kettler is your choice). Typically, when I am looking at a high dollar item like this, I will see if I can find it used from a reputable source. This allows me to buy the piece of equipment from someone that I trust, and it allows me to save a good chunk of money.

When I am in the market to buy rowing machine, I would look at eBay and Amazon. Both of these sites offer a great selection typically, and you can save a ton of money when buying this kind of stuff (regardless of whether you are looking for eliptical exercise equipment, rowing machine, stationary bike, etc.). I know many people are very leery of making online purchases from these types of stores, especially large purchases, but I have never had a problem. I have ordered clothes, text books, music, stoves, ovens, you name it. I would encourage you to go out and take a look on the web and see what you can find. I will bet you that you can find exactly what you want, and pay only a fraction of the price.

Good Luck!

Kettler Kadett Rowing Machine – Kettler Exercise Equipment

July 10th, 2009 admin No comments

There are many different ways one can choose to get into shape. For most of us, our exercise routine is dictated by our schedule, our budget, and available space. The first two are easy to figure out, but I know some of you are scratching your heads and asking “Why available space?” The answer to that is simple. My experience is that not everyone will have the time and budget to join a fitness club and spend their time at a facility performing their workout ritual; instead some of us will have to make use of the little time we have available exercising at home. This is where items like Kettler Exercise equipment come in handy.

I have previously written in posts discussing the durability and quality of Kettler Kadett rowing machines, but they also have ellipticals available as well. The nice thing about the rowers and the elliptical is that you do not have to set aside an entire room in your house to set this exercise equipment up. Instead, you can simply carve out a little corner for your work out area, and get to work. It is for this very reason that I use a fold-up treadmill, and a TotalGym. Both of these units fold up, and help me maximize the space I have available.

In previous articles I have also explained the differences between two of the Kettler rowers (the Coach and the Kadett). While each of these rowing machines will give you a solid workout, they are designed differently and I would encourage you to take a look at the article (Kettler Kadett Rower – Kettler Ergo Coach Rower). Each of these units is designed to fit a very specific need. I would encourage you to take some time and do serious research on these products before making a purchase; but I am sure you will get many hours of great workouts regardless of which of these rowers or ellipticals you use.  Another exercise option that you may want to consider is the use of some type of exercise bike.  My understanding is that there are many different types of bikes, both full-size and mini.  I think the size and quality of the bike will depend on the need.  One of the sites I have found that has pretty good information on exercise bikes is Mini Exercise Bike Central. If you are in the market for an exercise bike, or would just like to learn a little more about the benefits you can get from using one, you should check their site out.

Good luck with your get in shape ambitions. Please consider stopping back by and telling us how you are doing!
