5 Excuses that’s preventing you from being lean

January 23rd, 2010 GuestPoster No comments

Every person has some excuses that are preventing them of having the body of their dreams. And these excuses are also very difficult to crack – to overcome. But if you are able to overcome these excuses and to do what you know you should do, you will greatly increase your chances of reaching your fitness and health goals. But how to overcome them? Here’s how!

1. Vegetables are tasteless when I make them myself at home

Your at home vegetables can be just as tasty as the restaurant’s veggies. Make sure that you don’t overcook them and season them with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper and some fresh herbs.

2. I can’t survive without something sweet every day

You can still snack on sweet stuff and watch your waistline. The trick is to stick to healthy sweet stuff like raisons, sweet fruit like apples, watermelon and peaches or a few blocks of dark chocolate.

3. I hate cardio

Cardio can be fun and if you listen to fun music or watch an entertaining TV show, you may even end up liking the cardio.

4. I don’t have time to pack my own healthy lunch

If you don’t have time to pack a healthy lunch, buy some fresh and healthy, waistline friendly ingredients and store it in the office fridge, ready to be turned into a healthy lunch.

5. I will start with my healthy eating plan tomorrow

If you keep on procrastinating, you may end up never following a healthy eating and exercising plan. So start now and you will be more likely to sticking to it.

The above solutions to the excuses are hopefully exactly what you need to debunk your own excuses. You can have the body of your dreams if you say no to your excuses and exercise regularly and follow a healthy eating plan. Just stay motivated, dedicated and never give up.

Rowing Machine Guide – Use An Air Rowing Machine To Build A Better You

December 7th, 2009 GuestPoster No comments

If you need to work out but don’t have the time to leave the home, an air rowing machine could be just what the doctor ordered. Rowing is one of the best total-body exercise options for anyone, an activity that builds the legs, biceps, and back muscles all at once. But most people don’t own boats, and most people can’t go out rowing whenever we want. That’s where home rowing machines come in. Rowing machines allow you to simulate rowing without a boat. These machines are designed to allow you to utilize rowing motions while pushing through a mild pressure that imitates water resistance. This gives your body one of the best workouts possible for any exercise short of swimming, and you can do it in your own home, while watching tv.

Also, if you need something to do during a commercial break, why not pull out the rowing machine and make good use of that spare time? Your body will look great after time spent using it, and you’ll feel better and be able to exercise longer, too. The simplest machines are still very effective, and can be purchased at affordable prices similar to other home gym machines. For higher priced rowing machines, you can open up your wallet and enjoy a wide range of price selections, with the higher-end models having many different features to further aid your exercise routine. Don’t settle for something as limited as jogging or lifting weights. You can definitely work out your entire body through rowing and the use of an air rowing machine. Getting the right amount of exercise is critical to maintaining your health and well being. Finding the right tools such as a rowing machine can ensure that you are maintaining your health and also feeling and looking your best. Make sure you check out options before you buy and sometimes you can find great deals online. Visit air rowing machines for more resources or check out electric treadmill for information on that subject.

Kettler Rowing Machines – Discount Rowing Machine

July 18th, 2009 admin No comments

Last post I spoke about some of the options that are available when searching out a discount rowing machine. If you haven’t had a chance to read that article yet, I can summarize it for you. Basically, the article discussed where you can find Kettler exercise equipment at a discount. A couple of the primary places that I mentioned were eBay and Amazon. Both of these mega online super-stores have access to just about anything you want, including Kettler exercise equipment of all shapes and sizes.

Indoor rowing machines are nice, because they afford you the opportunity to control the environment you are working out in. Regardless of whether you go to a gym, or work out at home, being able to work out indoors has some big benefits…like climate control. While most rowers love the feel of being outside on the water, it is easy to lose your enthusiasm if it is 15 degrees outside and raining. By finding one of these indoor rowing machines that fits your space, you don’t have to worry about ever missing a workout due to inclement weather.

One of the other super nice things about being able to workout inside is that you can have music to inspire you. I don’t know about you, but I have to have something on the radio or streaming through my Mp3 player when I am working out…it motivates me. This is why it is incredibly beneficial to be able to find workout equipment that will fit your workout style, environment, and regimen.  The bottom line however is that you must find workout equipment (any equipment) that will help increase the level of your daily activities.  This type of vigorous exercise is necessary to help ensure the continued health of your body.  If you are male, these types of activities when coupled with supplements like a super prostate formula can certainly increase your energy levels.

There are some great Kettler rowing machines out there, like the Kettler Kadett, the Kettler Concept 2, and the Kettler Coach. One of them is sure to fit your unique workout needs. Spend some time online and price out what you need. You may find that you can pick up one of these units at a discount rowing machine site and not have to pay a fortune (yes, they are pretty expensive new). Again, I have found that Amazon has some great items at very reasonable prices. Check them out.

Good luck!
